• Project content: logos, images, copy, product/service details, brand guidelines, website access details, hosting/domain details and other materials shared by the client.
• Technical data: basic website logs such as device/browser type, IP-based region, pages visited, form submission metadata and error logs collected by hosting or form tools.
• Payment records: invoice details, transaction references and payment status. We do not intentionally collect full card details on our website.

Unless a client asks us not to, we may show publicly launched work in our portfolio, case studies, social posts or proposals after launch. Confidential information, passwords, unpublished ideas and private business data will not be intentionally published.

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed for communication, support, accounting, legal, security and business purposes. If a person wants their enquiry data removed, they can contact us. Some records may need to be retained where required for invoices, disputes, legal obligations or security reasons.
