Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the NA Designs website, sending an enquiry, approving a quotation, making a payment or working with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Additional terms may be included in a proposal, invoice, service agreement, project brief or written message. If there is a conflict, the latest written project agreement between NA Designs and the client will apply for that project.

2. Services

NA Designs provides website design, landing pages, portfolio websites, business websites, redesigns, basic SEO, social media optimisation, creative design, website maintenance and related digital services. The exact deliverables, timeline, price and revision limits depend on the selected package or written scope.

3. Enquiries are not confirmed projects

Submitting a form, sending a WhatsApp message or emailing us starts a conversation only. A project is confirmed only when NA Designs accepts the work and the client completes the required advance payment or written confirmation.

4. Payments and pricing

• Prices may vary depending on scope, features, urgency, content volume, integrations, domain/hosting needs and support requirements.
• Work may require an advance payment before starting.
• Remaining payment must be cleared before final handover, launch, source file transfer or admin access handover unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Third-party costs such as domain, hosting, paid plugins, stock assets, premium fonts, email tools, payment gateway charges or app subscriptions are separate unless clearly included in the package.

5. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business details, content, images, brand assets, login details and approvals on time.
• Confirm that they own or have permission to use the materials shared with NA Designs.
• Review work carefully and give clear feedback within a reasonable time.
• Avoid asking for illegal, harmful, misleading, copied or rights-violating content.

6. Revisions and changes

Revisions are limited to the scope and package agreed for the project. New pages, major redesigns, extra features, additional integrations, urgent changes, extra content writing or repeated changes after approval may require additional charges.

7. Timeline and delays

Project timelines are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing. Delays can happen due to late client content, delayed approvals, third-party tool issues, payment delays, technical limitations or changes in scope. If a client delays required information or feedback, the timeline may shift.

8. Ownership and handover

After full payment, the client receives ownership of the final agreed website content and deliverables created specifically for them, except for third-party assets, licensed resources, reusable internal systems, templates, code snippets, tools, plugins or pre-existing NA Designs material. NA Designs may retain the right to reuse general methods, layout patterns, components and non-confidential learnings.

9. Portfolio rights

Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing, NA Designs may display completed work, screenshots, before/after visuals, project descriptions and results in portfolio, social media, proposals or case studies. Clients can request privacy for sensitive projects.

10. Warranty and support

We aim to deliver clean, usable and responsive work. Minor bug fixes may be handled for a reasonable period after launch if the issue is directly related to our delivered work. Ongoing maintenance, content changes, new features, third-party issues or recovery from client-side changes may require a separate maintenance plan.

11. Limitation of liability

NA Designs is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, lost traffic, platform outages, third-party service failures, search ranking changes, ad account issues, hosting/domain expiry caused by client inaction, or business results that depend on market conditions, client operations or advertising spend.

12. Prohibited use

Clients and visitors must not use our website or services for illegal activity, scams, malware, harmful content, impersonation, rights infringement, misleading claims, abusive behaviour or attempts to damage our systems.

13. Changes to these terms

NA Designs may update these Terms when services, pricing, tools or legal requirements change. The latest version will be available on this page.
