Keep the website useful as the business changes.
Opening hours, prices, team details, services and campaigns change. Maintenance helps the website remain accurate and functional without turning every small update into a new project.
- Agreed content updates
- Form and contact-path checks
- Backup review where supported
- Basic security and dependency review
- Broken-link and page checks
- Issue reporting and response path
What is quoted separately
Major redesigns, new custom functionality, premium software, hosting or domain renewals, bulk content work and third-party service charges are not silently included. They are discussed and approved separately.
Common questions
Can you maintain a website built by another company?
Possibly. We first need to review the platform, access, current condition and third-party dependencies.
Does maintenance guarantee zero downtime?
No. Hosting providers and third-party systems can fail. Maintenance reduces avoidable issues and creates a clearer response process.
Are domain and hosting renewals included?
Only when explicitly written into the maintenance agreement. Renewal and third-party charges are otherwise separate.
