Define the work before choosing a maintenance plan

Start with the current platform, the pages that change regularly and the contact tools the business depends on. Share the website URL and a list of recent problems. We review access and dependencies before confirming whether the site is a suitable fit.

The written scope should identify the allowed edits, check frequency, how to report an issue and response expectations. A routine monthly check is different from continuous monitoring or an emergency support commitment.

A maintenance review you can understand
